Modern Slavery Statement
Last updated: 7 October 2026
1. Our commitment
Broadlab UK Limited is committed to acting ethically and with integrity in all of our business relationships, and to implementing effective systems and controls to identify, prevent and address the risk of modern slavery and human trafficking in our own business and in our supply chains. We publish this statement voluntarily, as a clear reflection of that commitment, and we review and update it annually.
2. Our business and supply chain
Broadlab UK Limited is a UK-based connected TV advertising company. Our supply chain is made up mainly of data partners, technology suppliers and the streaming platforms we work with, along with professional service providers.
3. Scope
This statement applies to all employees, workers and contractors of Broadlab, and it sets out the standard we expect of every organisation in our supply chain.
4. Our position
We will not knowingly support or deal with any business involved in modern slavery, servitude, forced or compulsory labour, or human trafficking. We expect every supplier we work with to hold their own suppliers to the same standard.
5. Responsibility
Overall responsibility for this statement sits with the Senior Leadership Team. Day-to-day responsibility for supplier due diligence sits with the relationship owner.
6. Due diligence
Before entering into a new supplier relationship, we:
- Assess the nature and location of the supplier's operations
- Seek contractual assurance, where appropriate, that the supplier complies with modern slavery legislation
- Reserve the right, where appropriate, to audit or request evidence of a supplier's practices where risk is identified
- Include, where appropriate, a right to terminate the relationship where a supplier fails to meet these standards
7. Recruitment practices
We operate robust recruitment procedures, including verifying the right to work of all employees, and we do not use recruitment agencies that we have not vetted. We pay all staff directly, and we do not permit any unlawful deduction or withholding of pay, identity documents, or personal belongings.
8. Training and awareness
We ensure that relevant staff, particularly those involved in procurement and supplier management, understand how to identify and respond to signs of modern slavery.
9. Raising concerns
Any employee, worker, or third party who has concerns about modern slavery or human trafficking in connection with Broadlab's business or supply chain can raise them confidentially by emailing info@broadlab.tv, without fear of reprisal.
10. Review and approval
This statement is reviewed annually and approved by Katy Dodman, Director, Operational Excellence, most recently on 7 October 2026.
